The Greyhound Varsity Baseball team swept the Lansing Eastern Quakers on Thursday 16-0, 10-0.  Evan Stohr started game one and did not allow a hit or walk in the 3-inning Mercy.  Freshman Joe Zubal led the team with 2 hits, 2 RBI's, and scored three runs.  Braylon Nobach, Jonny Stohr, and Ayden Glassbrook all contributed hits.

In the second game, Matt Wright got the start on the mound and gave up no hits while striking out 7.  Joe Zubal and Rick Schutte kept the no-hitter intact with one inning a piece.  Matt Wright and Braylon Nobach led the team with 3 hits a piece, with Nobach scoring 3 runs.  Joe Zubal and Michael Chapates each had two hits in the 5 inning mercy.

The Hounds host Holt tomorrow in double-header starting at 12 pm.  Come out and enjoy some Greyhound Baseball and Softball as the Softball teams also host their annual Greyhound Invite starting at 10 am.
